06/17/2010Quiet, clean, friendly and helpful staff, and within walking distance to the convention center and many attractions and stores. very good hotel restaurants!we will definitely stay there next time.

It was a little dated but all and all not bad for the price. After we stayed there we noticed a Hilton right across the street and had wished we would have looked into it. I think it was comparably priced.

The rooms smelled, bathrooms were not clean. we had to pay for the parking when they said that parking was free if you were visiting Disney Land. When we told them they said that they could not do anything about it. Over all, you got what you paid for. Cheap price for a cheap room.

had a very bad experience there. a water pipe broke and they said there was nothing they could do about it luckily my son was staying there for a tournament and he did have water so we could at least brush our teeth. parking is also a joke its like your in a prison in order to get out of the parking lot you have to get tickets and if they dont work you have to drive around and go back to the front desk and have them issue you a new one the management was horrible asking them what we could do about not having any water they just said it was an unseen thing to happen but no answers on what to do about taking showers at all would never stay there again. you can stay at a marriott or hilton or even the cute hotel on the back side and pay no parking which is 12 bucks a night at the clarion.
